 Travel Event Schedule

Event spots may be secured with a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit, the balance of the event fee must be received by Big League Experience no later then 30 days prior to the Event start date.  You may return here to pay the balance online where your credit card will be charged the remaining balance owed or send an e-transfer to mail@bigleagueexperience.com

2025 Rockies Scout Team Invitational Showcase

The BLE Scout Team is invited to take part in the 13th Annual Rockies Scout Team Invitational Showcase on September 12th through 14th at Salt River Fields.

We will field both an Upperclass and Underclass team

 

Upperclass: Players graduating in 2026 or younger. (2025 grads not attending college are eligible)
Underclass: Players graduating in 2027 or younger.

We will go down on Sept. 10th for training and ex. game

2025 Desert Fall Classic - 14U to 18U

Big league Experience           The West Coast Premier Tournaments is hosting the 35th Annual “Desert Fall Classic” Oct 31st to Nov. 2nd and the Big League Experience has been invited to participate in this very competitive tournament. We will go down a couple days early for training making the event length from Oct. 29th to November 2nd.  The event is being held in Las Vegas, Nevada and Team BLE will be entering teams in the 14U – 18U divisions.

WCP Tournaments use May 1 as date of birth cutoff – i.e. 14U can be born in 2011 after May 1 .

2025 USSSA Veterans Day Challenge - 10U to 13U

Big league Experience        The USSSA Veterans Day Challenge Tournament is held in Las Vegas, Nevada Nov. 8 – 10 with a mini camp on Nov. 6 & 7th. The BLE will have teams in the 10U, 11U, 12U & 13U Divisions.

USSSA Tournaments use May 1 as date of birth cutoff – i.e. 13U can be born in 2012 after May 1

2026 Presidents Day Classic - Phoenix, Arizona

       Big league Experience        The Presidents Day Classic event is a competitive tournament being held in Mesa, Arizona from Feb. 14 to 16th. We will go down a couple days early for a mini camp on Feb 12 & 13 and be taking 16U and 18U teams (Under and Upper Class division)

2026 Spring Training Arizona '1' 10U-14U

            Big league Experience          

Team BLE will once again making it’s way down to the Valley of the Sun to take part in it’s annual spring training event. What a great way to open up the season with trip to baseball heaven to take part in a training camp, tournament, and MLB spring training baseball or College baseball games.

Camp and Tournament play will run from March 16 – 22rd

This is an Invitation only Event.

2026 Spring Training Arizona "2" 11U-14U

Big league Experience                                

Team BLE heads to the Valley of the Sun over the 2nd week of Spring Break to take part in a Competitive USSSA tournament. It’ll be a great way to open up the season with trip to baseball heaven to take part in a training camp & tournament play.

Camp and Tournament play will run from March 23 to March 29.

2026 TEAM BLE – Arizona "Desert Spring Classic" –  16U & 18U Div. - INDIVIDUAL

Calling 16U and 18U players (Midget and Junior Premier Players)  – Team BLE will be hosting the ultimate Spring training event in the “Valley of the Sun”.  6 days of preparation for the 2026 season in baseball heaven – Mesa (Phoenix area), Arizona.  Train with an elite staff prior to participating in a competitive tournament. Spring Training Camp and Tournament will run from March 23 – 28.

Payment Policy:

A designated Non Refundable Deposit must be paid to reserve your spot in the event (50% of Tournament and Travel Events and 25% for camps).  Please understand that this is a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT for any circumstance as it is needed to secure staff and operations. Full payment for all events must be received 30 days prior to the start of the event or you risk losing your spot as well as your Non Refundable Deposit.  Please email at; mail@bigleagueexperience.com if alteration to this time frame is needed.

*Please understand that exceptions have been made to carry over/transfer to family member the Non Refundable Deposit and full payments for a future event but only under special circumstances and must be agreed upon by management. For ‘Best of the West” Tournament Play – Weather or Cancellation:

In the case of weather or cancellation of games or an event, the following will be our refund policy. Please note that we will try our best to get your games and event in.

0 games = 90% refund    1 game = 67% refund      2 games = 33% refund    3 or more = no refund

For Team BLE Travel events – Weather or Cancellation:
