14U – 18U Desert Fall Classic

Big league Experience           

The West Coast Premier Tournaments are hosting its 36th Annual “Desert Fall Classic” and the Big League Experience has been invited to participate in this very competitive tournament. Held in Las Vegas, Nevada, Team BLE will be entering teams in the 14U, 15U, 16U and 17/18U Divisions.

BLE’s participation in this event will include pre-tournament workouts and game(s) in Las Vegas prior to the tournament (Oct 28 & 29th) followed by the tournament being held Friday, October 30th through the Sunday, Nov. 1st.

Hey parents, it’s the Halloween Weekend in Vegas!!!!!

 Coaches in the past have included: A chance to work with an Elite staff at and Elite event!

To ensure quality of tournament event and experience, registration in the BLE “Desert Fall Classic”  is limited. As we are only taking limited players per team, early player commitment is advised!

Tentative schedule:
– Wednesday, October 28th: 3pm-5:30pm & 6:30-8:30 Team Practice/Intersquad
– Thursday, October 29th:
10:00 – 12:30 pm ~ Speciality session + Team Time
1:30 – 3:30 ~ Practice

Friday, October 30st to Sunday, November 1st: The Desert Fall Classic – Game Times TBA

Fees

$950 cdn + GST

All associated fees for Event

Team Hat/Shirt/Jersey and coaching/Instruction

Players are responsible for airfare, lodging, food and transportation.  Coaches will travel on the evening of the 27th or early morning of the 28th. (1st workout is at 3:00pm, Oct. 28th). Coaches are flying home on evening of the Nov. 1st (Book flight to be after 7pm if possible) or Monday, Nov. 2nd

  • Lodging is to be booked and paid for by each player/family

I release and forever discharge Big League Experience, staff, coaches, contracted staff, and volunteers from any liability that may occur during participation in this event. Participant does also hereby grant and convey unto the Big League Experience the irrevocable permission to use his or her voice, image or likeness in any media now or hereafter existing in connection with all or any part of the Events, for any purpose whatsoever, including the commercial purposes of Big League Experience, and acknowledge that no royalties, fees or other compensation whatsoever will be provided to me in connection thereto”

Payment Policy:

A designated Non Refundable Deposit must be paid to reserve your spot in the event (50% of Tournament and Travel Events and 25% for camps).  Please understand that this is a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT for any circumstance as it is needed to secure staff and operations. Full payment for all events must be received 30 days prior to the start of the event or you risk losing your spot as well as your Non Refundable Deposit.  Please email at; mail@bigleagueexperience.com if alteration to this time frame is needed.

*Please understand that exceptions have been made to carry over/transfer to family member the Non Refundable Deposit and full payments for a future event but only under special circumstances and must be agreed upon by management. Such circumstances include, Injury (doctors note needed), family matters or team qualifies for Provincial/State or National Championship play.

For ‘Best of the West” Tournament Play – Weather or Cancellation:

In the case of weather or cancellation of games or an event, the following will be our refund policy. Please note that we will try our best to get your games and event in.

0 games = 90% refund    1 game = 67% refund      2 games = 33% refund    3 or more = no refund

For Team BLE Travel events – Weather or Cancellation:

Withdrawal from a BLE event one month prior to the start date will result in NO REFUND.  Once again, management does reserve that right to offer a credit under special circumstances. (fm1)
