2024 Baseball Camp Schedule

A Non Refundable Deposit of $300.00 ($300 + GST = $315.00) is needed to secure your camp spot, the balance must be received by Big League Experience no later then 15 days prior to the camp start date or you risk losing your spot and Non-Refundable Deposit.

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

The Town of Oliver has finally been approved for funding on their Capital Building Project on the hockey Arena and construction is now underway.  As it is exciting for the town of Oliver and the final product of the arena to be good for the Ball Camp, it will affect the numbers of overnight campers we can host (for just this summer).  Those overnight campers that will be residing with us will be just 50 yards east of the hockey arena in the Oliver Curling Facility. The Curling Club Facility is a good venue that is climate controlled with a nice lounge area we can utilize for the camp, BUT, it is a smaller venue – therefore limiting the overnight campers we can host.  This housing change will not affect our numbers on the field or at meal time, but just the sleep over portion.  This unfortunately is the lay of the land on the residential side of the camp and for that, those that opt or will have to  reside outside of the Curling rink, we will be offering a $150 REDUCTION in the cost of the camp.

BLE has once again partnered with the Coast Hotel Oliver and Cactus Tree Hotel.  A preferred rate for the families of our campers has been set up at both these hotels.

YOUNG GUNS “1” (13u) CAMP:   July 30 to Aug. 4     Competitive 2013 to 2011 Born Players (70/48’ FIELD)      

FUTURES “1” (15U) CAMP:   July 30 to Aug. 4    Competitive 2011 to 2009 Born Players. (80/54′ Field)   

* Best for Players that season has concluded* 

 

Week 2: 

BANDITOS (11U) CAMP:   Aug. 5 to 10     Competitive 2015 Born Players to those born in 2014 or 2013

YOUNG GUNS “2″ (13U) CAMP:   Aug. 5 to 10  Strong/Competitive 2013 Born Players and 2011 Born Players

(OVERNIGHT PORTION FOR “YOUNG GUNS 2 – is SOLD OUT – Consider “Young Guns 1” Camp being held July 30  – Aug. 4.

 

Week 3:          (OVERNIGHT AVAILABILITY for BOTH DIVISIONS IS SOLD OUT)

Week 5:  

FUTURES “2” (15U) CAMP:   Aug. 11 to 16   Competitive 2011 Born Players with 2010 players   

FUTURES “ELITE” (15U) CAMP:  Aug. 24 to 29   Strong/Competitive 2010 Born Players with 2009 players.

*ADVANCED STRONG 2011 players with possibility to make a 15U AAA team would be considered (Call Office – 604 531 9916)*

PROSPECTS CAMP “2” (16U) CAMP: Aug. 24 to 29th   Competitive 2009 Born Players with 2008 Players

 

YOUNG GUNS “1” (13U) Camp 

JULY 30 to AUG. 4th for players born in 2011 & to 2013 and played on a 70’/48′ diamond.

BEST FOR:  – Strong/Competitive 2013 players Graduating to Pee Wee level (13U) & 1st year 13U players (2012 born)

FUTURES “1” (15U) Camp

JULY 30  to AUG. 4th for players born in 2009 to 2011 played on 80’/54′ fields.

BEST FOR:     2011 Players moving to the Bantam level (15U) and those that have played at the Bantam level this year (2009/10 born).

BANDITOS  (11U) Camp – 2 Spots left

August 5 TO 10th for campers born in 2013 to 2014 played on a 60/46′ field.

*Solid 2015 Players would be considered to attend this camp.  Must be approved by office.*

BEST FOR:  – Players that are Keen and looking to advance their game to the next level. For those players that have, or looking for a solid foundation on how to play the game

*Players Must be able to Catch and Throw and be ready for formal Instruction*

0 games = 90% refund    1 game = 67% refund      2 games = 33% refund    3 or more = no refund

For Team BLE Travel events – Weather or Cancellation:
