2025 Baseball Camp Schedule

A Non Refundable Deposit of $350.00 ($350 + GST = $367.50) is needed to secure your camp spot, the balance must be received by Big League Experience no later then 15 days prior to the camp start date or you risk losing your spot and Non-Refundable Deposit.

BLE has once again partnered with the Coast Hotel Oliver and Cactus Tree Hotel.  A preferred rate for the families of our campers has been set up at both these hotels.

PICKING THE RIGHT CAMP – GUIDELINES

Week 1: 

 

YOUNG GUNS “1” (13u) CAMP:   July 30 to Aug. 4     Competitive 2014 to 2012 Born Players (70/48’ FIELD)      

FUTURES “1” (15U) CAMP:   July 30 to Aug. 4   Competitive 2012 to 2010 Born Players. (80/54′ Field)   

 

Week 2: 

BANDITOS (11U) CAMP:   Aug. 5 to 10   Competitive 2016 Born Players to those born in 2015 & 2014

YOUNG GUNS “2″ (13U) CAMP:   Aug. 5 to 10  Strong/Competitive 2014 Born Players to 2012 Born Players

 

 

Week 3:        

YOUNG GUNS “ELITE” (13U) CAMP:   Aug. 11th to 16th     Strong/Competitive 2013 born players and 2012 players  

FUTURES “2” (15U) CAMP:   Aug. 11th to 16th   Competitive 2012 Born Players with 2011 players

     

Week 4:

FUTURES “ELITE” (15U) CAMP:  Aug. 18th to 23rd   Strong/Competitive 2011 Born Players with 2010 players.

 

Week 5:  

PROSPECTS CAMP  (16U) CAMP: Aug. 24th to 29th   Competitive 2010 Born Players with 2009 Players

SHOWCASE (18U) CAMP:   Aug. 24th to 29th    Strong/Competitive 2009 players and older (2008/2007)

 

YOUNG GUNS “1” (13U) Camp 

JULY 30 to AUG. 4th for players born in 2012 & to 2014 and played on a 70’/48′ diamond.

BEST FOR:  – Strong/Competitive 2014 players Graduating to Pee Wee level (13U) & 1st year 13U players (2013 born).

BEST FOR:     2012 Players moving to the Bantam level (15U) and those that have played at the Bantam level this year (2010/11 born).

Aug 5 TO Aug 10 for campers born in 2014 to 2016 played on a 60/46′ field.

*Solid 2016 Players would be considered to attend this camp.  Must be approved by office.*

BEST FOR:  – Players that are Keen and looking to advance their game to the next level. For those players that have, or looking for a solid foundation on how to play the game

*Players Must be able to Catch and Throw and be ready for formal Instruction*

August 5 – 10th for solid 2014 players and 2013 players that have played on a 70’/48′ field.

BEST FOR:  – Competitive 2014 players Graduating to Pee Wee level (13U) & those that have played at the 13U division this year (2012/13)

August 11 – 16. For players born in 2013 & 2012. Played on both the 70/48.

BEST FOR:     Stronger  2013 Players born moving into their 2nd year of Pee Wee (13U) along  with 2012 players.

*ELITE 2014 PLAYERS WOULD BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS CAMP BUT WOULD NEED OFFICE APPROVAL – 604 341 4926*

“PROSPECTS  (16U) Camp

 

August 24th to 29th. Designed for Players moving up or have played a year on the full sized field (2009/10 born) 

BEST FOR:     Average + graduating 15U players (2010) and those that have played a year of 18U ball (2009).

“SHOWCASE” (18U) Camp 

 August 24th to 29th. Designed for Solid Players that have played a year of 18U ball (2009) and players born in 2008 and earlier.

2009 PLAYERS MUST BE APPROVED BY OFFICE TO PLAY IN SHOWCASE CAMP.

BEST FOR:     Strong 1st year Midget/JPBL/PBL players (2009) and older

0 games = 90% refund    1 game = 67% refund      2 games = 33% refund    3 or more = no refund

For Team BLE Travel events – Weather or Cancellation:

Withdrawal from a BLE event one month prior to the start date will result in NO REFUND.  Once again, management does reserve that right to offer a credit under special circumstances. (fm1)
