Best of the West 19U Premier Showcase Invitational April 29th – May 3rd Kamloops, B.C.

 

The Big League Experience Baseball Camp will be hosting the “Best of the West” Premier Showcase Invitational Baseball Tournament.

The tournament will take place in Kamloops, B.C., from April 29th – May 3rd, 2025 (Wednesday to Sunday).  *All teams must be prepared to play on Wednesday, April 29th.*

 

The following information will be required prior to the start of the tournament
1. Registration, Hotel bookings through CSTT group, Final payment and Team roster w/complete player information

Tournament Format:

Each team is guaranteed 4 games (weather permitting) with the first round being pod play and then followed by Championship or Consolation play.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Best of the West Tournaments are “STAY TO PLAY” Tournaments.   Meaning you must book your hotel needs for your teams and parents through our Tournament booking agents – CSST Sports Travel. Once you have registered they will connect with you.
    • Please understand that it is necessary to book through them as they are a major sponsor to all BLE/Best of the West tournament events and booking through them will help off set umpire accommodation needs. That, in itself, keeps the cost of the tournaments down.  Amanda and her team will ensure very competitive rates and match prices, if not, beat any rates you may find in similar hotels (CSTT Office number is: 1 866 861 8326).
    • ***LODGING BUYOUT*** – If your team would like to opt out of the “STAY TO PLAY” program, you can request to do so by emailing; mail@bigleagueexperience.com This will carry a  $500 Surcharge that will be added to your team’s invoice and must be paid 30 days prior to you selected tournament.

*Please understand that exceptions have been made to carry over/transfer to family member the Non Refundable Deposit and full payments for a future event but only under special circumstances and must be agreed upon by management. For ‘Best of the West” Tournament Play – Weather or Cancellation:

In the case of weather or cancellation of games or an event, the following will be our refund policy. Please note that we will try our best to get your games and event in.

0 games = 90% refund    1 game = 67% refund      2 games = 33% refund    3 or more = no refund

For Team BLE Travel events – Weather or Cancellation:

Withdrawal from a BLE event one month prior to the start date will result in NO REFUND.  Once again, management does reserve that right to offer a credit under special circumstances. (fm1)
