Best of the West 15U Premier BANTAM Invitational

May 1st – 4th

 

The Big League Experience Baseball Camp will be hosting the “Best of the West” Premier BANTAM Invitational Baseball Tournament in Kamloops, B.C.

The tournament will take place in Kamloops, B.C., from May 1 – 4, 2025

 

The following information will be required prior to the start of the tournament
1. Team roster w/complete player information, these rosters are due two weeks prior to tournament start date are is for our Scouts package.

Tournament Format:

Each team is guaranteed 4 games (weather permitting) with the first round being pod play followed by Championship or Consolation play.

Tournament Hotels for Kamloops May 1 – 4:

Hotels – Best of the West Premier Showcase – May 1-5th, 2025

This is a STAY TO PLAY TOURNAMENT and The CSTT Sports Travel group is the official hotel partner for Big League Experience baseball. They are a tournament sponsor so please book your rooms through them. They are guaranteed the lowest group rates for your teams and parents. Tournament Fee $1050 + GST (and a box of Game balls)

Completing the form below will submit payment for tournament deposit or in full to secure your spot in the Best of the West Invitational Showcase; you may also return here to make a balance payment to fully secure your tournament spot

Payment Policy:

A designated Non Refundable Deposit must be paid to reserve your spot in the event (50% of Tournament and Travel Events and 25% for camps).  Please understand that this is a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT for any circumstance as it is needed to secure staff and operations. *Please understand that exceptions have been made to carry over/transfer to family member the Non Refundable Deposit and full payments for a future event but only under special circumstances and must be agreed upon by management. For ‘Best of the West” Tournament Play – Weather or Cancellation:

In the case of weather or cancellation of games or an event, the following will be our refund policy. Please note that we will try our best to get your games and event in.

0 games = 90% refund    1 game = 67% refund      2 games = 33% refund    3 or more = no refund

For Team BLE Travel events – Weather or Cancellation:

Withdrawal from a BLE event one month prior to the start date will result in NO REFUND.  Once again, management does reserve that right to offer a credit under special circumstances. (fm1)
