Payment Policy:
A designated Non Refundable Deposit must be paid to reserve your spot in the event (50% of Tournament and Travel Events and 25% for camps). Please understand that this is a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT for any circumstance as it is needed to secure staff and operations. Full payment for all events must be received 30 days prior to the start of the event or you risk losing your spot as well as your Non Refundable Deposit. Please email at; mail@bigleagueexperience.com if alteration to this time frame is needed.
*Please understand that exceptions have been made to carry over/transfer to family member the Non Refundable Deposit and full payments for a future event but only under special circumstances and must be agreed upon by management. Such circumstances include, Injury (doctors note needed), family matters or team qualifies for Provincial/State or National Championship play.
For ‘Best of the West” Tournament Play – Weather or Cancellation:
In the case of weather or cancellation of games or an event, the following will be our refund policy. Please note that we will try our best to get your games and event in.
0 games = 90% refund 1 game = 67% refund 2 games = 33% refund 3 or more = no refund
For Team BLE Travel events – Weather or Cancellation:
Withdrawal from a BLE event one month prior to the start date will result in NO REFUND. Once again, management does reserve that right to offer a credit under special circumstances. (fm1)

Perfect Games Showcase ~ Brewers Scout Team
Date: January 16 – 21 (Wednesday – Monday)
Where: Camelback Ranch, Phoenix, Arizona
*This event is invitation only, all players must be identified by BLE or Brewers Scouting staff and receive an invitation*.
To ensure quality of tournament event and experience, registration for the BLE/Brewers Scout team for the Under/Upperclass PG MLK Event is limited; early player commitment is advised !
Cost:
Deposit of full payment must be made to secure your spot with full payment received 1 Month Prior to Tournament Start Date, deposits paid are Non-Refundable
Option One – $900.00 CDN + GST
Includes ground transportation (while in Phoenix area to and from Team Hotel),
Tournament fee in the PG MLK tournament
Team hat/shirt and coaching/instruction.
College Baseball Visit
Option one players are responsible for airfare, lodging, food and transportation to Team hotel for drop off and pick up.
Airfare
To be booked and paid for by each player. Coaches traveling early morning on January 10 with the first practice/game that night (Wednesday, January 10th). Recommended flights should arrive in Phoenix on January 10th in the morning or early afternoon. Coaches are flying home on Jan. 15th in the evening.
Lodging
To be booked and paid for by each player (a link to the team hotel will be passed along as we have set up a team rate).
Option Two – $1250.00 CDN + GST
Includes lodging with roommates and breakfast (at Team hotel)
All ground transportation (in Phoenix area), Airport transportation has to be coordinated with coaches arrival and departure
Tournament fee in the MLK tournament
Team hat/shirt and coaching/instruction
College Baseball Visit
Option Two players will be supervised by BLE staff from moment of arrival in Phoenix area. Players are responsible for airfare and lunch/dinner. (meals will be organized by BLE staff) Please note: Hotel reservations for players participating in Option Two will be handled by the BLE office.
