Payment Policy:
A designated Non Refundable Deposit must be paid to reserve your spot in the event (50% of Tournament and Travel Events and 25% for camps). Please understand that this is a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT for any circumstance as it is needed to secure staff and operations. Full payment for all events must be received 30 days prior to the start of the event or you risk losing your spot as well as your Non Refundable Deposit. *Please understand that exceptions have been made to carry over/transfer to family member the Non Refundable Deposit and full payments for a future event but only under special circumstances and must be agreed upon by management. Such circumstances include, Injury (doctors note needed), family matters or team qualifies for Provincial/State or National Championship play.
For ‘Best of the West” Tournament Play – Weather or Cancellation:
In the case of weather or cancellation of games or an event, the following will be our refund policy. Please note that we will try our best to get your games and event in.
0 games = 90% refund 1 game = 67% refund 2 games = 33% refund 3 or more = no refund
For Team BLE Travel events – Weather or Cancellation:
Withdrawal from a BLE event one month prior to the start date will result in NO REFUND. Once again, management does reserve that right to offer a credit under special circumstances. (fm1)

Mizuno PROSPECTS Summer Baseball Camp
Coming back for its seventh year, the Big League Experience presents the Mizuno PROSPECTS Summer Baseball Camp for those born in ’02 & ‘03 in Oliver BC, August 26th to 31st. The camp is designed for players who are moving up to or have played on the 90 ft/60.5 ft diamond this year. (This camp is ideal for solid Bantam players moving up to Midget or first year BCJPBL/midget players.)
*Those born in 2003 are eligible for the camp but must be pre-approved by the BLE office to participate in this camp.*
Campers will work on individual skill development throughout the week as well as being divided into teams to compete in baseball specific competitions and Tournament play. Guest coaches will include active MLB scouts as well as former MLB and professional players along with college players and coaches.
The cost of this summer baseball camp/tournament will include lodging, meals, camp hat/shirt/shorts, Mizuno tournament shirt, and coaching/instruction is $695 + GST.
The camp facilities include a number of well manicured fields and batting cages. The players are housed in the Oliver Arena building adjacent to the baseball diamonds and the community swimming pool that is used by the players during the week. Players are served nutritious and plentiful meals by a certified chef, and a snack bar is available.
Camp check in is between 2:00 and 4:00 pm on the first day of camp and the players are dismissed on last day of camp at approximately 12pm. Please note that some teams may still be involved in tournament play as late as 2:00 pm. Parents are encouraged to watch games during the week or enjoy the surrounding area and what Oliver has to offer.
Completing the form below will submit your deposit payment ($150 + GST) to secure your spot in the Mizuno Prospects Camp
Look for a confirmation email from Big League Experience upon payment.

If you are using a promo code for a camp scholarship, please note that the code is only usable one time for the scholarship winner, any subsequent use of the promo code by others, will void that promo code for all persons that use it.

The players are housed in the Oliver Arena building adjacent to the baseball diamonds and the community swimming pool.
