Cost: $750Cdn + GST

*Deposit of 50% will secure your son’s space in the event with full payment being Paid 1  Month Prior to Event Start Date.  Deposits paid are Non-Refundable and are needed to secure your spot in the event.*

This event is by Invitation only, all players must be identified by BLE staff.

Tournament site

Trip will Include:

– Tournament fees in the RED WHITE & BLUE tournament and all fee’s associated with pre tournament camp, exhibition games and Coaching/instruction

– Team hat/shirt & Jersey.

* Players are responsible for airfare, lodging, food and transportation to and from fields.

Airfare
To be booked and paid for by each individual player/family.  Coaches will travel on the morning of February 16th (Thursday) with practice beginning the later afternoon/early evening of February 16th. Coaches are flying home on evening of Feb. 20th – around 7 pm. (recommended flights)

Lodging

Tentative schedule:

*On a daily bases each team will have the opportunity to have team time (Practice), skill development time with team and professional coaches as well as play games.

Thursday, February 16th :

4:00pm              Practice and potential Exhibition/Intersquad game

Friday, February 17th :

10:00 – 12:00am ~ Specialty session + Team Time

1:00 – 4pm ~ Practice

Saturday, February 18 to Monday, February 20st – Tournament play – Games TBA

 

Coaching Staff in the past has included:

Marty Lehn – Big League Experience Camp operator/Owner, Former Canadian Olympic team coach and MLB Scout with Milwaukee Brewers

Albie Lopez – 12 year MLB pitcher and World Series Champion with Arizona D-Backs.  Hall of Fame inductee at Mesa College, Arizona.

Shea Hillenbrand – 2 Time MLB All-Star (Boston Red Sox & Toronto Blue Jays).  Hall of fame inductee at Mesa Community College.

Eric Ruben – National Pitching Association NW Director and Associate Scout with the Atlanta Braves.

Bob Didier – Former MLB catcher and 5 time World Series Champion (Blue Jays ’92, ’93 and Yankees ’98, ’99 & ’00)

Eddie Marin – Professional scout Mexican league and Pro hitting Coach

Kevin Clouser – Owner/Operator of Southwest Baseball Corp and former MLB Scout (Milwaukee Brewers & Pittsburgh Pirates).

Jordan Blundell – Head coach of Edmonton Prospects (Collegiate program), Former player at Jamestown University.

Paul Mrazek – Cranbrook Bandits head coach (American Legions) and Montana Baseball Coaches Conferences Director

A designated Non Refundable Deposit must be paid to reserve your spot in the event (50% of Tournament and Travel Events and 25% for camps).  Please understand that this is a Non-Refundable Deposit for any circumstance as it is needed to secure staff and operations. *Please understand that exceptions have been made to carry over/transfer to family member the Non Refundable Deposit and full payments for a future event but only under special circumstances and must be agreed upon by management. For Tournament or Travel event play – Weather or Cancellation:

In the case of weather or cancellation of games or an event, the following will be our refund policy. Please note that we will try our best to get your games and event in.

0 games = 90% refund    1 game = 67% refund      2 games = 33% refund    3 or more = no refund

Withdrawal from a BLE event one month prior to the start date will result in NO REFUND.  Once again, management does reserve that right to offer a credit under special circumstances.
