Payment Policy:
A designated Non Refundable Deposit must be paid to reserve your spot in the event (50% of Tournament and Travel Events and 25% for camps). Please understand that this is a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT for any circumstance as it is needed to secure staff and operations. Full payment for all events must be received 30 days prior to the start of the event or you risk losing your spot as well as your Non Refundable Deposit. For ‘Best of the West” Tournament Play – Weather or Cancellation:
In the case of weather or cancellation of games or an event, the following will be our refund policy. Please note that we will try our best to get your games and event in.
0 games = 90% refund 1 game = 67% refund 2 games = 33% refund 3 or more = no refund
For Team BLE Travel events – Weather or Cancellation:
Withdrawal from a BLE event one month prior to the start date will result in NO REFUND. Once again, management does reserve that right to offer a credit under special circumstances. (fm1)

EVENT INFORMATION
The BLE Scout Team will bet participating in the “Best of the West” Premier Showcase being held in Kamloops, B.C. from May 4 to 8th. The event will have a number of MLB Scouts, College coaches and our Jr. Canadian National team Head Coach Greg Hamilton in attendance. It is a great opportunity to display your skills in front of some watchful eyes and be a part of an elite tournament that will feature many of Canada’s best talent and Teams.
Coaches:
Eric Owens – Former MLB player and Hitting Co Ordinator with the LA Dodgers and hitting coach with the Toronto Blue Jays.
Frank Ingram – Player and Coach Development Coordinator – Kamloops Baseball and former CCBC pitcher of the Year

Cost: $395 + GST (covers tournament fee, hat, dri fit shirt – jersey provided)
