Big league Experience    2024 Arizona Spring Training 16U and Tournament

Special News bulletin: The Big League Experience will be holding the an 16U & 18U Spring Training Event in Mesa, Arizona area that will include a Camp with an elite instructional staff, Exhibition Games and a tournament at the end of the week.

A great opportunity to prepare for the 2024 season by training with an elite staff in the “Valley of the Sun”.

WHERE: Mesa, Arizona
DATE: March 25 – 30 (Monday – Saturday)

INVITATION ONLY. All players must be identified and Invited

COST: $925.00cdn + GST and must be Paid in Full 4 weeks Prior to event date (by Feb. 21st)   *A Non Refundable deposits Is mandatory upon Registration to secure spot in event.*

*On a daily basis each team will have the opportunity to have team time (Practice), skill development time with team and professional coaches as well as play game(s)/intersquad.

Monday, March 25                12:30 – 3pm   Meet and Greet with Throwing and specialty session

Tuesday, March 26               9am – 12pm Specialty work

  • 4:30 – 6:30  Team Practice 10am  Seminar followed by Position Specialty workout
  • 7  – 9:30pm Exhibition Game

Wednesday, March 27       

  • 4:30 – 9pm   Team practice – Specialty hitting – Intersquad game

Thursday, March 28           

  • 4:30- 9m – Tournament begins – Schedule TBA

Friday & Saturday – March 29 to 30 – Continuation of Tournament play

 

INSTRUCTIONAL & COACHING STAFF in the Past has Included:

Marty Lehn – BLE Owner and Operator and Former Canadian National Team coach and MLB Scout (Milwaukee Brewers and Philadelphia Phillies).

Albie Lopez – 12 year MLB pitcher and World Series Champion with Arizona D-Backs

Bob Didier – 5 time World Series champion with Toronto Blue Jays and New York Yankees and former MLB catcher

Jordan Blundell – Former pro player and head Coach of Edmonton Prospects Academy

Nick Salahub – Lions University Arkansas and former head coach at Vancouver Island University

Ray Brown – Former Pro pitcher in the Angels organization.

A designated Non Refundable Deposit must be paid to reserve your spot in the event (50% of Tournament and Travel Events and 25% for camps).  Please understand that this is a Non-Refundable Deposit for any circumstance as it is needed to secure staff and operations. *Please understand that exceptions have been made to carry over/transfer to family member the Non Refundable Deposit and full payments for a future event but only under special circumstances and must be agreed upon by management. In the case of weather or cancellation of games or an event, the following will be our refund policy. Please note that we will try our best to get your games and event in.
